Kunst mit ChatGPT? Entdecke das kreative Potenzial von Generativer KI
ChatGPT, DALL·E, Sora – generative künstliche Intelligenz entwickelt sich rasant weiter und birgt enormes Potenzial. Vorbei an DeepFakes und Hallunzinationen bahnen wir uns den Weg und erkunden die kreativen Möglichkeiten moderner Technologien. Ob es darum geht, mit ChatGPT Geschichten zu schreiben, mit DALL·E Flyer zu designen oder Sprache und Videos zu generieren, anzupassen und zu optimieren – in diesem Workshop bieten wir einen kurzen Überblick über den aktuellen Stand der Technik. Gemeinsam probieren wir aus, was funktioniert, und diskutieren mögliche Zukunftszenarien.
TUM Project Weeks
We are excited to offer a variety of project weeks at TUM, providing opportunities for participants to engage, acquire new knowledge, and broaden their horizons.
- In Safeguarding Bavarian Beer Heritage, we are utilizing VR and AI to develop an educational platform that immerses students in diverse cultural experiences, ranging from Bavarian beer heritage to global arts and cultural traditions.
- In AI-Powered Real-Time Support, we are harnessing Large Language Models to create innovative software that facilitates immediate, interactive learning assistance during self-guided study sessions.
- In Unleashing the Power of Large Language Models, we are guiding students to adapt Large Language Models to new tasks using contextual learning.
- In Comics Illustration Synthesis, we aim to develop a generative model that transforms text descriptions into comic illustrations, streamlining the traditional, labor-intensive comics creation process by applying machine learning to learn from existing comics.
- In AI-assisted writing, we are exploiting Large Language Models to develop a tool to support and enhance student writing skills.

New approaches to teaching and learning emerge with the advances in generative AI. What implications may this have for teaching data science and quantitative analysis skills to non-technical majors? In this event we heard two perspectives from international colleagues from the University of Queensland, Dr. Aneesha Bakharia and Dr. Hassan Khosravi, who presented their unique views on how generative AI could be used for teaching in higher education.

In diesem Workshop werden wir gemeinsam einen Schritt in die Zukunft wagen und die Kraft generativer KI-Systeme entdecken. Unser Workshop soll Kreativität und Neugierde wecken. Durch eine interaktive Erfahrung werden die Teilnehmerinnn durch die faszinierende Welt der generativen KI geführt, mit einem besonderen Fokus auf ChatGPT, einem der fortschrittlichsten KI-gestützten Chatbots. Darüber hinaus werden sich die Teilnehmerinnen mit modernsten KI-Technologien auseinandersetzen, an kreativen Herausforderungen mitarbeiten und das grenzenlose Potenzial von KI-gestütztem Storytelling und KI-gestützer Kunst erleben.
Der Workshop findet an der Richard-Wagner-Str. 1, 80333 München statt.

The Opening Ceremony of the TUM Center for Educational Technologies will be held on July 5th, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at Marsstraße 20-22, Lecture Hall 605.
This event will bring together experts, academics, and students who share an interest in educational technologies to discuss the future of learning and innovation. The program for the opening ceremony includes:
- Greeting from the President, Prof. Thomas Hofmann
- Greeting from the Vice President, Prof. Claudia Peus
- Keynote speech by Prof. Inge Molenaar on "AI in Education"
- Presentation on the Mission & Current Projects of the EdTech Center by Prof. Enkelejda Kasneci and Prof. Tina Seidel
Following the talks, we invite you to join us for a networking session with drinks, a tour of our state-of-the-art lab, and interactive demonstrations showcasing our current work.
